Traffic movement for 11 Nov 2018, LMVs from Jammu towards Srinagar.
However, HMVs shall be allowed from 1400 hours to 2400hours only
On 11 Nov 2018, subject to fair weather & good condition of the road, stranded vehicles shall be allowed from Srinagar towards Kargil & movement of vehicles on Mughal road shall be allowed from Shopian towards Buffliaz, subject to fair weather & good condition of the road
