Traffic movement for 10 Nov 2018, LMVs from Srinagar towards Jammu.
However, HMVs shall be allowed from 1400 hours to 2400hours
On 10 Nov 2018 , subject to fair weather & good condition of the road, stranded vehicles shall be allowed from kargil towards Sonamarg & movement of vehicles on Mughal road shall be allowed from Buffliaz towards Shopian subject to fair weather & good condition of the road
