on 02 Dec 2018, subject to fair weather/clearance of road, the standard vehicles on Kargil-Srinagar road shall be allowed from Minimarg to Srinagar
Traffic movement on Jammu-Srinagar NHW-44 for 02.12.2018 shall be allowed from Srinagar towards Jammu.
However, HMVs shall be allowed from 1400 hours to 2400 hours, subject to fair weather and road condition
