J&K Weather update another spell of rain and snowfall predicted from 13-15 Feb
Another spell of rain in plain and snowfall on higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir during 13-15th feb 2019.
This spell will be of lower intensity & snow accumulation than the previous one.
Looks like, this will be followed by another spell around 18-19th Feb said Sonam Lotus, director of meteorological department, Srinagar
