Eligibility Conditions:
Individual to be citizen of India
Medically Fit
Should be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
Pay Scale : Rs. 18000/- Basic Pay, DA & Field Allowance as applicable.

Medical Certificate from Civil Government Hospital.
Date of Birth Certificate.
NEFT Mandate Form duly signed by Bank Authority.
Original and Sx photocopy of each of Voter Identity Card, Ration
Card & Aadhaar Card duly signed attested by Sarpanch.
