Applications on plain paper are invited from eligible candidates for the following temporary position under National Mission on Himalayan Studies (NMHS) Fellowship Project “Entrepreneurship Development and Livelihood Enhancement of Shina Tribe through Value Chains Improvement of Non-Timber Forest Resources in Gurez Valley of Kashmir”.

Interviews for the said position shall be conducted in the Dean’s Office, Faculty of Forestry,  SKUAST-K, Benhama, Ganderbalon March 25th, 2019 at 11 A.M

Salary : Rs. 25000/ +8% HRA fortwo years andthird year SRF@ Rs. 28000/ +8% HRA

Essential : B.Sc. Forestry/ M.Sc. Forestry

Desirable : Preference will be given to Ph.D. Forestry/ NETqualified candidates who are well versed withPRA/ econometric tools and data compilation.

The engagement of JRF shall be ruled by the following terms and conditions:

1.The appointment shall be contractual and co-terminus with the project.

2.The appointment shall be governed by terms and conditions of the project funding agency (National Mission on Himalayan Studies, MOEF & CC, Govt. of India).

3.No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the interview
