Application are invited on plain paper for the following posts under National Organ Transplant Programme (NOTP), Govt. Medical College, Jammu for establishment Of “State Organ & Tissue Transplant Organization (SOTTO) for a period of one year or till the completion of project, whichever is earlier.
This application should be submitted or before 29-02-2020 up to 4.30 P.M in the office Of the undersigned and along with all the requisite self attested documents as follows:
1. Application on plain paper addressing to Principal, GMC, Jammu (Typed).
2. Date of Birth Certificate (Age limit up to 65 years).
3. 12th class marks sheet.
4. The document establishing essential qualification.
5. Document establishment desirable qualification
6. Experience certificate if any.
7. An affidavit stating that you shall abide by terms and conditions and not working elsewhere
