Srinagar Municipal Corporation important Advisory regarding Covid-19
Preventive measures regarding Control of Coronoviros (COVID-19) Disease
In reference to the meeting held with the
Traders Community under the chairmanship of
Hon’ble Mayor (MoS) Srinagar on 19.03.2020,
the following advisory is issued in the interest
of citizens of Srinagar City. After unanimous
decision taken in the meeting and consensus
from the traders body, the following advisory
is issued:-
- All the Shops and other business
establishments shall remain closed from
20th March 2020 till further instructions.
- All the Pharmacies, essential commodities and
groceries shall remain open with the condition
that they will keep facility of sanitization
and washing of hands to the visitors before
entering and leaving the shops.
- The Fruit Mandi Parimpora and other
vegetable Mandies shall remain open till 11
A.M. in the morning with all pre-cautionary
measures by the traders.
- In case of non-co-operation from any firm/
trader, action under relevant provisions of
Municipal Corporation shall be initiated
against the person/firm
