JKSSB Withdrawing of posts of Power Development Department.

Withdrawing of posts of Power Development Department Advertised vide Notification No. 09/2019/001 dated: 19-07-2019.

Whereas, the Power Development Department vide indent No. PDD/1-06/2003-II dated: 23-01-2019 referred 30 posts of Junior Engineer Electric (State Cadre) for recruitment, and, Whereas, the Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board has advertised these 30 posts in Notification No. 09/2019/001 dated: 19-07-2019 as detailed below:-

Whereas, the Power Development Department vide their letter No. PDD/HRM/05/2019 dated.24.01.2020 has communicated that their Department has now been unbundled/re-structured into various Corporations and requested that 30posts of Junior Engineer Electric be withdrawn forthwith. Whereas, the matter was placed before the Board in its 164th meeting held on 03-03-2020 and it was decided to withdraw 30 posts of Junior Engineer Electric of Power Development Department as requested by the Indenting Department vide letter No. PDD/HRM/05/2019 dated 24.01.2020.

Now, therefore, in view of the aforementioned facts, 30 posts of Junior
Engineer Electric of Power Development Department advertised vide Advertisement Notification Nos. 09/2019/001 dated: 19-07-2019, are hereby withdrawn ab-intio.
