JKDSD Admission Notification 2021

It is for the information of all the Head of Institutes (Both Government and Private ITI’s) and Principals of KGP Srinagar, Women’s Polytechnic Srinagar, Boys
Polytechnic Jammu, Women’s Polytechnic Jammu and women’s college Parade Jammu that the selection Lists for the current Academic session have been made available on Board of Technical Education Portal and the selection lists shall be placed on the respective websites for the information of the students.

Furthermore the following instructions shall be followed in letter and spirit
during the course of admission process.

Institutional level committees shall be framed for the proper mobilization and counseling of the students to be enrolled.

To ensure 100% admission is made in every institution, the Head of the institution shall devise the mechanism accordingly by making either phone calls to the selected candidates or by using the system of bulk SMS or any other method which they
deem fit.

The first round of admission shall commence from 21.09.2021 till 1st of October 2021.

The head of the institutions shall keep the record of admitted candidates (Gender wise) on daily basis and shall forward the number of admitted candidates to respective Joint Directors.
