Promotion in J&K Police Department
Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Armed J&K, S.J.M Gillani issued promotion orders in respect of one ASI, 11 HCs, one Sgct, and four Constables of J&K Armed Police to their next rank vide APHQ order number 763, 765, 766 and 767 of 2021 respectively.
Further, Insitu promotion order of 02 Followers, 02 Cts, 06 Sgct, 01 HC and 01 SI were issued vide APHQ J&K order No. 768 of 2021 dated September 07, 2021, a statement issued read.
The statement further reads that the promotion/Insitu promotion orders of the said officers/officials were issued after the DPC headed by ADGP Armed J&K as its chairman assessed the cases of eligible officer/official and found them fit for promotion in light of the relevant promotion norms.
The ADGP Armed congratulated the newly promoted officers/officials and wished Good luck to them and their families.
He hoped that the newly promoted officers/officials shall consistently demonstrate discipline, hard work and dedication towards their respective assignments so that their junior colleagues may also get inspired and follow their path
