Order regarding the adhoc appointment on promotion basis as District Judges of the Judicial Officers, made vide Government Order No.153- JK (LD) of 2021 dated 15.01.2021, is hereby confirmed/regularized against the substantive posts held by them.

Order regarding District Judges (Entry Level) are placed in the Selection Time Scale of the Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service.

Order regarding District Judges (Selection Time Scale) who are placed in the Super Time Scale of the Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service.
