Engagement of Registrar in the discipline of Pathology, ENT & Paediatrics Govt. Medical College, Rajouri.

Reference: Advertisement Notice No: GMCR/2020-22/3276-78, dated: 07-07-2021
As recommended by the selection committee, sanction is hereby accorded to the engagement of the following candidates as Registrar/ Demonstrator in the discipline of Pathology, ENT & Paediatrics, Govt Medical College Rajouri under SO 364 of 2020, dated: 27-11-2020 for a period of Two year extendable upto maximum three years subject to satisfactory Work and conduct report by the concerned HOD. The engagement shall be Subject to other terms and conditions as specified in the Jammu and Kashmir Medical and Dental Education (Appointment on Academic Arrangement basis) Rules 2020.

This is without any Prejudice to any writ petition lying pending before any Hon’ble court of Law.

The Selection list/ Waiting List is hereby enclosed as Annexure “A”

Note:

The Selected candidate shall have to enter an agreement that he/she will not leave the department before completion of one year contract. Terminating of the agreement as the case may be will require one month’s prior notice on either side failing which one month’s salary shall not be paid and no experience certificate
shall be given.

The Selected candidate may be given extension Subject to good performanace and conduct report by the concerned HOD.

The other terms and condition are applicable as envisaged in the Jammu and Kashmir Medical and Dental education (Appointment on Academic Arrangement basis) Rules, 2020 vide SO 364, dated: 27/11/2020.

Candidate is directed to submit his/her documents in the Adminstrative Office and collect appointment and joining orders from the Administrative Section GMC, Rajouri.

The Non PSC Candidate should join within 07 days from the date of issuance of this engagement order.

The PSC candidate should join within 21 days from the date of issuance of t his engagement order.

candidate must bring two sets of documents listed in the advertisement notice along with original document at the time of Joining.
