Complaint handling is a critical part of this position. Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact.
The female candidates will be given preferences. Selected Candidates will have to undergo for Trainings in Leading Hypermarket company at Jammu and will be paid Rs. 500/-Boarding and Lodging Charges per day.
