Eligible candidates are invited for Walk-In-Interview at ICAR- Central Institute of Temperate Horticulture, Srinagar for the temporary position(s) of Senior Research Fellow.

Vacancy details of ICAR CITH Srinagar Job Recruitment 2022:

1. Senior Research Fellow:
Qualification: M.Sc Agricultural Biotechnology/Biotechnology/M.Sc Agriculture (Plant Pathology), M.Sc. Biochemistry/Plant Biochemistry.
Desirable Qualification: Research experience in fruit science especially apple crop
Salary: Rs. 31,000/ + 18% HRA
Place of Posting: ICAR CITH, Srinagar

2. Senior Research Fellow:
Qualification: M.Sc. in Horticulture (Vegetable Science/Floriculture/Fruit Science), Genetics & Plant Breeding, Botany.
Desirable Qualification: Experience in plant morphological/phenotypic studies
Salary: Rs. 35,000/ + 18% HRA
Place of Posting: ICAR CITH, Srinagar

The candidates fulfill the requisite qualification as indicated above should bring their brief bio data neatly typed and experience certificates along with original and attested photocopies of qualification certificates, passport size photographs for verification and submission

Age Limit: The age limit for SRF will be 35 years for Men and 40 years for Women as on 01.08.2022. Age relaxation will be given as per the rules of GoI/ICAR.

Selection Criteria:
– Essential Qualification: 50 Marks
– Ph.D.: 05 Marks
– Experience: 10 Marks (02 marks for each completed year)
– For publication (research papers with NAAS rating will be considered): 10 Marks
– For awards including NET (2 marks): 5 Marks
– Personal interview: 20 Marks
