All J&K Transport Welfare Association on Friday declined the call of complete ‘Chaka Jam’ strike in Jammu citing the reasons that they were not properly informed byother organizations prior taking the Bandh call.
In a press conference, President All J&K Transport Welfare Association, Vijay Singh Chib, said, “We had a mega meeting in kashmir where transport presidents of all the states along with members of our ‘All India Motor Transport Congress’ and our J&K Transport President Ajit Singh Khalsa went”.
“Our President is sick now and it is very unfortunate that through a call we were informed that a bandh call has been taken in Jammu tomorrow”, he said.
