In J&K and Ladakh, this May ended with Above Normal Rain and Below Normal Temp. due to frequent Western Disturbances.
Forecast: Rain very likely at Many Places of J&K till 2nd. Significant improvements expected from 3rd. No Major Rain.
Current: Light Rain in some areas.
Forecast:
• Today: Generally Cloudy. Intermittent Light to moderate rain, thunder/Lightning Very likely at many places.
• 2nd: Intermittent Light to moderate Rain/Thunder/Lightning at many places. Possibility of Hailstorm & gusty winds at a few places.
• 3rd: Rain/Thunderstorm at isolated to scattered places towards late afternoon/evening.
Overall, NO forecast of any Major Rainfall.
• 4-10th: Mainly Dry but a brief spell of Shower/Thunderstorm can’t be ruled out.
Advisory:
1. Farmers are advised to carry all farm operations from 4th.
