Jammu City’s Deadly Road mishap leaves several injure
In a fatal road mishap, a driver along with several passengers suffered wounds after a Matador in which they were travelling overturned at Canal Road near Pawan Ice cream’s outlet in Jammu on Wednesday.
The mishap occurred when a speeding overloaded Matador rammed into the divider on the road and overturned, following which the vehicle’s operator, conductor and 3-4 passengers sustained wounds.
After the accident locals and deployed traffic police personnel at the spot launched a rescue operation and pulled out the victims from the overturned Matador.
The vehicular movement stopped from some time on the road after the mishap, which was cleared along with the turtled vehicle by the help of a crane from the scene of mishap.
An ambulance was also called at the spot of incident to rush victims to GMC, Jammu.
“The matador’s owner name is Saroj”, a Conductor of a Matador said.
