According to Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), President Putin briefed the Prime Minister about the recent developments regarding Ukraine.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday held a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the Ukraine situation and appealed for an immediate cessation of violence while stressing concerted efforts from all sides to return to the path of diplomatic negotiations.

According to Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), President Putin briefed the Prime Minister about the recent developments regarding Ukraine.

Prime Minister reiterated his long-standing conviction that the differences between Russia and the NATO group can only be resolved through honest and sincere dialogue.

“The Prime Minister appealed for an immediate cessation of violence, and called for concerted efforts from all sides to return to the path of diplomatic negotiations and dialogue,” PMO said.

Prime Minister also sensitised the Russian President about India’s concerns regarding the safety of the Indian citizens in Ukraine, especially students, and conveyed that India attaches the highest priority to their safe exit and return to India.

The leaders agreed that their officials and diplomatic teams would continue to maintain regular contacts on issues of topical interest.

Earlier today, Putin said special military operations are being launched “to protect” the people in the Donbas region. He also warned other countries that any attempt to interfere with the Russian action would lead to “consequences”.

Leaders from a number of countries including the UK, the US, Canada, and the European Union have condemned Russia’s military operations in the Donbas region.

Moreover, many Indian citizens and students are stranded in Ukraine. The Indian Embassy on Thursday issued a third travel advisory to Indian nationals/students. Indians to be aware of the surroundings, be safe, do not leave homes unless necessary and stress on carrying their documents at all times

A Walk-in-interview will be conducted on 28th February, 2022 at 10:30 am in the office chambers of Head of the Department, IMHANS (Government Psychiatric Diseases Hospital, Kathi-Darwaza near Badamwari Park, Rainawari Srinagar) for the following positions on need basis for conducting a survey on Prevalence of substance users in 10 districts of Kashmir.

Name of the Posts:

Project Manager: 05 Posts

Qualification: Masters in Social Work/M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology.

Candidate with experience in relevant field will be given preference.

Data Entry Operator: 10 Posts

Qualification: Graduate with diploma in Computer applications from recognized institutions.

Candidate should have working knowledge MS Office/SPSS.

Field Supervisor: 30 Posts

Qualification: Graduation in Sociology/Psychology.

Candidate with experience in relevant field will be given preference.

How to Apply :

Interested eligible candidates may attend the interview as per above mentioned schedule with all their original certificates/marks sheets with an attested photo copy of each of it and two recent passport size photographs along with updated C.V.

Terms and conditions of engagement :

No T.A/D.A will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.

The engagement will be only for one month or till the completion of survey or whichever is earlier

These are purely programme positions and the engagement is not against any substantive Govt. Position. Engagement on these positions will in no case translate into a claim for permanent employment or employment in the Govt. Sector.
