Restrictions on mobile internet services continue in Rajouri, Poonch
The restrictions on mobile internet services in twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch continued for the third consecutive day on Monday.
The mobile internet services were suspended by authorities during the intervening night of Friday and Saturday as a precautionary measure after the deadly terror attack on army vehicles and the death of three local men who were among those detained by the army after the attack
People, left with the option of broadband services to avail digital services, are feeling distressed and are calling for restoration of mobile network services at the earliest possible.
At present, people can only call and avail SMS services on their mobile phones.
In the digital era, mobile internet services form the basic need for everyone and their suspension has put users in a tight spot,” they rue.
They appealed to the government to restore the mobile internet services immediately
